The restaurants on the first floor have dim lighting, making it a bit intimidating for those who are not locals. It may not be considered a full-fledged restaurant street, but for some, it is a nostalgic and comforting place that has remained unchanged since the Showa era. It may seem outdated to younger generations, but it exudes a sense of peace and calmness.
