I always order the liver and garlic chow mein set meal here. The taste is rich and well-made, and the liver doesn't taste bad at all. I think the quality of the liver and garlic chow mein here is very good. However, I sometimes feel that the portion is not enough for the price. The standards for judgment may vary from person to person. In my case, as a simple measure, I feel that even with a large serving of ramen, fried rice, or dumplings on the side, it may not be enough. Overall, I think it's a very good restaurant.
I have tried ramen at various restaurants in Iwate prefecture, and I think this one is the best. Even my children say it's the most delicious and we regularly visit. Despite its great taste, the restaurant always seems to have few customers, making it easy to dine there even during the pandemic. I believe this place deserves more recognition and should be tried by many more people.
