I tried the ramen set. The sauce on the sauce katsu don was sweet and light. The katsu had a refreshing impression without the greasiness of the frying oil. I think it's different from Nagano's sauce katsu. Although it was listed as a mini bowl, the amount of rice was roughly around 300g, so I was quite full. The Tonkatsu (pork cutlet) set with one fillet cutlet and two loin cutlets was delicious, but the sauce was a bit too heavy, making the rice salty. The simmered cutlet bowl was fantastic with a generous portion and delicious taste. The ramen set salad was also voluminous and looked very delicious.
It's been 2 years since my last visit. Well, it was really crowded at lunchtime because it's famous and delicious, so I had to come to eat! Definitely a must-try!! That's why you can see license plates from other prefectures here and there...lol. Right now, it's a bit chaotic so we're eating quietly, so please understand... The parking lot is on both sides of the restaurant, which is convenient. This time, I tried the famous Jo-naname sauce katsudon, with its thin batter soaked in a sweet and salty sauce that spreads the savory juices throughout your mouth, making you feel blissful. The thickness of the meat is incredible, so you'll feel full quickly, making it unsuitable for small children. But maybe the mini fillet would be okay.
