Salt ramen with large basil and wood ear mushrooms. The chashu is tender and thick. The miso vinegar for the gyoza is recommended. The gyoza itself has a rich flavor, so it can be enjoyed as it is. View all feedback.
Miso Ramen for 750 yen. The light soup has just the right amount of miso flavor. The ginger is a bit strong and the garlic is lightly present. For those who are used to heavier flavors, it may be a bit lacking, but personally I think it's quite good. The soup is plentiful and satisfying. The surface may be filled with oil and not steaming, but it is hot so be careful. Noteworthy is the chashu. Thick slices of chashu are served after being seared. The portion is large and adds to the overall satisfaction. Even in a regular size, it may be slightly on the larger side. The spicy miso that comes with the bowl is perfect for adjusting the flavor halfway through. There are both spicy and regular green onions. The regular green onions are served in a small mountain on a side plate. Overall, it's easy to eat and highly recommended.

I tried the Salted Vegetable Ramen with Seasoned Egg topping for 900 yen. The light yet flavorful soup with plenty of umami from the broth, and the fragrant shiso leaves added a nice touch to enhance the taste and aroma. The hot soup remained piping hot until the end, so be careful not to burn yourself! The noodles were smooth and chewy straight-style noodles with a slight wave, which paired perfectly with the soup. The block-shaped chashu was well-seasoned and incredibly tender, almost falling apart. It had a nice smoky flavor, likely from being torched. Overall, it was a satisfying bowl of ramen. Thank you for the meal. Please note that the restaurant has irregular holidays, so be sure to check before you visit. I've had a few experiences in the past where I arrived only to find out they were closed for the day.
