Tantanmen is just a regular spicy miso ramen, but it is incredibly delicious and I love it. The level of spiciness is just right for me. The soup is spicy from the start, not just the miso topping. The noodles are thin, which I like, and it comes with a whole boiled egg and plenty of vegetables, so you might get full easily!
