As it's getting colder, I want to enjoy a warm gratin in a cafe with a Showa era atmosphere... The crunchy cheese and white sauce on top of the juicy chicken breast are irresistible. The sauce on the Elpise pork cutlet bowl smells so good, you could eat plain rice with it, but the combination with the thinly breaded cutlet is amazing.
