I had to wait for about 30 minutes as I couldn't make a reservation for my first visit. It was a bit tough seeing others with reservations being seated one after another. The doctor was nice and gave me a good examination, and the prescribed medication worked well! However, I felt uncomfortable when the same pen for writing names at the reception desk was being reused without being disinfected. Also, there were mistakes in the spelling of my name on the prescription and other forms, which was a first for me despite providing my insurance card. I hope the reception staff will be more attentive in the future.
I developed a lump on my forehead, which worsened over the course of a few days, so I decided to visit this well-reputed restaurant. I arrived shortly after opening on Saturday, but there were many appointments ahead of me, so I had to wait for about an hour. Please keep this in mind if you are a first-time visitor. The doctor listened to me attentively and quickly diagnosed me with shingles. It was a great relief to be able to receive treatment even on a holiday.
