When in Tainan, why not try some mutton soup? The owner hand-picks the mutton every day, starting at 5:30 in the morning to satisfy hungry customers and answer non-stop phone calls. Yes, they are open even on holidays! Remember to stir the mutton before taking photos, savor the delicious and non-greasy clear soup, and taste the tender meat warmed by the soup. If you want to enhance the flavor, try it with the special sauce. I recommend also trying the mutton liver, it's surprisingly the most tender! But make sure to come early as the experts come to clear out early. Lastly, thank you to the owner for sacrificing their days off to continue serving everyone. Thank you!
This restaurant is so delicious! I stayed in Tainan for two days, and both mornings I came to check in at around 6 am. 1000000 thumbs up!
The mutton soup is delicious and not gamey at all - highly recommend the pork belly! In fact, I went twice, the first time I came too late and it was full, the second time I arrived at 8:30, luckily I was able to eat! You really have to come early, the delicious mutton soup doesn't wait for anyone - and the boss and the aunt inside are very friendly!
