Was 森本翔平 at のぉくれ a mag?
I visited around 12:30 on a weekday. The parking lot was easy to enter and could fit 10 cars. I purchased a meal ticket, was guided to my seat, and served in about 5 minutes. The staff was friendly and provided great service. The soy sauce ramen was delicious! I will definitely visit again! View all feedback.
This restaurant used to be located in the center of Yanai city, but it has since moved to its current location. I think it's a really good ramen shop. Personally, I don't have much of a preference when it comes to ramen, but lately, perhaps due to my age, my tongue has become sensitive to the chemical seasonings found in instant ramen. However, the ramen here doesn't have that effect, it has a gentle flavor. The broth is fish-based, with a subtle fish aroma. I ordered the soy sauce ramen, and it still had a strong fish flavor. The noodles are thin, with plenty of green onions. At first, I thought the portion was small and might not be enough, but by the time I finished eating, I was full. They also offer extra noodle servings. I mentioned the gentle flavor earlier, but for those who crave some heat, they have tableside condiments such as chili oil, yuzu pepper, and garlic chips, allowing you to adjust the level of spice to your liking. For those who want to enhance the fish flavor, they also provide fish powder. The only downside is that the restaurant is small, so during peak hours it can be hard to get a seat. The parking lot is also small, but there is additional parking space behind the restaurant.

I had lunch at this restaurant. They have counter seats as well as traditional tatami seats. I tried the limited-time ramen (with dried sardines) set with rice and three pieces of fried chicken. The aroma of the dried sardines hits you first, followed by a rich and clear soup that delights your taste buds. The noodles are shiny and beautiful, with a smooth and delicious texture. The chashu has a nice thickness and the deliciousness of the meat spreads throughout your mouth. The fried chicken has a crispy and satisfying crust, with tender and juicy meat inside.
