Was Rima Al Alamy at City View a mag?
Great food served in an appropriate portion. The homemade baked bread topped it all My only suggestion is that to serve butter or zeit and zaatar along with the hot bread to complement the hospitality The view of the Old City and Jerusalem in whole just before and after sunset made our dinner most memorable View all feedback.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming. The owners and managerial staff were not only unkind but condescending, which completely undermined the dining experience. After paying, I noticed additional, unexplained charges on my bill. When I approached the woman at the cashier to address the mistake, instead of offering an apology, she gave me a dismissive look and seemed annoyed that I had pointed it out. Her response made me feel like I was doing something wrong by simply asking about the discrepancies and for a refund for the unexplained charges. It was incredibly frustrating, especially considering the premium prices they charge. Overall, the lack of customer service and transparency with the bill left a bad taste that I won’t soon forget.
