The owners and managerial staf... read more I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming. The owners and managerial staff were not only unkind but condescending, which completely undermined the dining experience. After paying, I noticed additional, unexplained charges on my bill. When I approached the woman at the cashier to address the mistake, instead of offering an apology, she gave me a dismissive look and seemed annoyed that I had pointed it out. Her response made me feel like I was doing something wrong by simply asking about the discrepancies and for a refund for the unexplained charges. It was incredibly frustrating, especially considering the premium prices they charge. Overall, the lack of customer service and transparency with the bill left a bad taste that I won’t soon forget.
