I had lunch on a weekday Friday. There was only one lunch course available, with the choice of either a meat or fish dish for the main course. I had the beef stew, while my daughter had the steak. I visited the restaurant after visiting the Kanzawa Shrine. Upon entering the restaurant, they took my coat and hand sanitizer was provided. Since it was not crowded, I was able to choose my seat. The seats next to each other were separated by partitions for infection prevention. The lunch set was ¥2800 and included two types of homemade bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, a choice of either carpaccio or quiche for the appetizer, and a cabbage potage soup. I also added an extra homemade bread. For the main course, I chose the braised beef thigh from a selection of about four options. The dessert set included an apple tart, strawberry and mascarpone ice cream, and hojicha brulee. Coffee or tea was also served. The dishes were meticulously prepared and visually appealing with a rich variety of colors. Of course, the taste was excellent as well. They also regularly refilled my water, allowing me to comfortably enjoy the delicious food.
