Located on the first floor of a building, this udon restaurant serves noodles with a chewy texture that is not overly slippery. The broth is delicious, and it perfectly coats the noodles. The broth is light, allowing you to fully appreciate the flavor of the noodles. The recommended dish is the mountain vegetable udon. Surprisingly, even though it is an udon restaurant, they serve tartar sauce with their tempura, and the tartar sauce is made with green onions instead of onions! This combination surprisingly pairs well with fried foods. This is the most delicious restaurant in Miki Town.
I especially love the wakame udon. The light saltiness of the wakame combines perfectly with the broth, making it very delicious!
