Was K YY at うまうま a mag?
I visited around 12:30pm. There were about 5 groups ahead of me, so I had to wait. During busy times, you write your order on a piece of paper when you enter the restaurant and wait. If you wait in your car, they will come out to call you. This is a popular okonomiyaki restaurant that offers a specialty dish called "Kakio-ko" located on the north side of Nissei Station on the Akō Line in Bizen City, Okayama Prefecture. I decided to try it out as I had come to Nissei using the Akō Line and had some time before my train departed. I arrived after the lunch rush and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The Kakio-ko served on a hot iron plate was delicious, with large pieces of oyster perfectly cooked on the outside and juicy on the inside. The cabbage was sweet and crunchy, adding a burst of flavor with every bite. Moving from a table seat to a counter seat provided a great view of the cooking process as well. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience.
The oysters were piled high! I was worried about whether there would be Kakioysters at the end of April, but when I checked Facebook, they said they would be serving them until 5/5, so I visited with peace of mind. It was the end of the season and it was raining, so miraculously we didn't have to wait to be seated. However, the next group that came in after us found the place fully booked. My companion ordered the classic Kakioysters, while I ordered the Modern style. The female owner skillfully grilled them for us. As I watched the owner at work, the dishes arrived. I had heard in advance, but they were quite substantial. When I picked up a piece with my chopsticks, there was a large juicy oyster! When you eat it, the juiciness bursts with flavor. Truly the quality of a fisherman, with a rich sauce that doesn't lose to mayonnaise in aroma and taste! I tried to count how many oysters I had eaten, but gave up when I reached double digits! I savored every bite with delight. I would like to visit again.

There were surprisingly a lot of oysters in it, making it delicious and voluminous. I ordered the Modern dish, but they were out of soba so I had udon as a substitute, which was also delicious. It's a taste that makes me want to come back again.
