Restaurant No. 1 offers incredibly fresh and delicious dishes. The sashimi platter, in particular, was luxurious and not inferior to seafood from Hokkaido and Tohoku. The flavors were superb! The fresh sashimi was plentiful and delicious. Although it wasn't oyster season, the frozen oysters were still tasty after being thawed. We also tried the fried oysters, which were incredibly juicy and thick, unlike any we've had before. Overall, it was delicious.
The appetizer was crab. Delicious. I also had a recommended sashimi platter, with fragrant, crispy seaweed. It was fantastic. The staff was warm and accommodating for solo diners. I highly recommend this place.
