What Daniele A doesn't like about Al Forno:
We went to Al Forno for a business lunch, I had a Regina Margherita (margherita with buffalo mozzarella). The staff was very friendly, and the place looked quite authentic (the staff was at least in part Italian). The pizza however was quite standard swiss pizza: compared to real Italian pizza it was quite oily and had too much oregano. View all feedback.
We have been going to Al Forno for decades. Angelo and his team serve the guests in an extremely friendly and competent manner. A very family-friendly atmosphere. Children are very welcome. The typical Italian food is top notch. The pizzas are also the best you can get in Zurich. Keep it up ;
Remember to bring your own water. They don't serve tap water. Pizza here was really good also their knocci
I know Al Forno since a long time. Always great and authentic accompanied with warm and welcoming service.
