Much more expensive than the neighbouring restaurants, but it had good reviews, so we treated ourselves. Well, something must have changed in the kitchen and not in a good way. The food was terrible. I had the beef topped with foie gras. Overall the starters and mains were good and the coffee was very good. I asked for a pasties in my coffee which the maitre de thought strange but when he brought it out he complemented me on my choice and had never thought of mixing the two. He intended to apparently. Overall there are about 20 restaurants along the sea front and the food was good. The price of fresh fish was high as it will be in the season so go for the fillets. Just as nice. Enjoy.

Very well prepared dishes , good wine list. Great service with a very friendly touch by Lili!! Nice fritto misto and grilled filet of Rouget. We will surely come back!!
Every course, every morsel of our meal was excellent. The service was friendly, efficient and informative. We could fault nothing about this restaurant and we left nothing on our plates.
We visited La Fleur de Sel twice during a week in Pinarello, Corsica in September 2015. The front of house service is charming and friendly. The restaurant is small with three lovely tables at the front overlooking Pinarello harbour and beach. The setting is very romantic. We paced ourselves because the food is rich and luxurious. The Black Angus beef is fantastic, matched by the quality of the fresh fish. Unlike other restaurants fish is not priced by the weight, so there are no nasty surprises when the bill arrives. The quality is high and the use of ingredients in dishes contemporary. Wines are excellent and well priced. Desserts are fantastic chestnut flour chocolate fondant with ice cream what a memory. Not the most expensive restaurant in town, and certainly the best. Highly recommended for a special dinner.
