The Palacio de Gillana was full of families enjoying huge bandejas of chicken, meats, potatoes, yuca. We were given plastic gloves so as to really get into the food. Highly recommended and relatively cheap. View all feedback.
Un sitio acogedor,con buenas carnes y caldos,la gente muy amable y educada en el servicio,un menu variado y precios economicos,el servicio de mesas muy rapido,contento con la visita
We stopped here for lunch after our Salt Cathedral tour. If you love meat, you will enjoy this place. I could not finish my meal (mixed beef & pork) but hubby was able to finish all of his beef but not the sides (starches). The meal came with a salad and we also ordered beer. They serve each meal with various sauces from mild to spicy.

La gallina es original campesina, la yuca con guiso es blandita y acompañada de papa, pescuezo relleno es muy acogedor
