Shirl's - Zion

Prices have skyrocketed almost double here.. $4.29 for just a hot dog???? I will never eat here again..

I LOVED Sara's Customer Service. She Was Very Friendly and I appreciate her for being using cleanliness. As I waited for my food the guy there was making a lot of ice cream products and was dripping sweat and I was disgusted because his swear was just dripping everywhere and the other girl that was there made a banana split and was touching all over the banana WITHOUT GLOVES. I asked Sara can she make my banana split and she was just so clean about everything. I'm pregnant so I can't risk any type of bacteria or germs from a other peoples hands and SWEAT. So Thank You Soo Much Sarah For Knowing FOOD SANITATION. ORDER WITH SARA

This place is going down over the years, need better help. Orders are often wrong and they almost never answer the phone.

Well it wasn't an anomaly. I thought last time I went to this Shirl's and it took 30 minutes that this was a fluke and just let it go. This time it took me 40 minutes for a Gyro and fries! To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I would have left but the way the drive in is situated did not allow this, plus it ONLY took 25 minutes Thank You get to the window. I literally sat at the drive in window for 15 minutes. The craziest part of all of this is that they have another location 10 minutes down the road where I never have this problem. If you are gonna go to Shirl's go to the Waukegan location NOT the Zion location. It will save you 30 minutes in line.

First it's too many young girls working there. Walked in there to music blasting playing a song called Rachet by Megan Thee Stallion(glad I didn't have any children with me). The cashier couldn't hear my order over the music. Milk shake and ice cream machines looks nasty like they don't clean them at night. This place prices is extremely high for the food to be average. I rather stick to the Shirl's in Waukegan because Zion has alot of work needs to be done. Start with staff first!
