What Mona Baumgartner doesn't like about Casa Italiana:
Der Service ist schlecht , es werden einem die Teller schon weggerissen wärend man noch noch nicht mal richtig fertig ist. Die bestellte Pizza war so spärlich belegt das es eigentlich mehr Fladenbrot war. Ich werde dieses Restaurant nicht wieder besuchen , aber einmal langt ja auch , es kommen ja wieder neue Touristen die den überteuerten Preis für die gebotende Leistung bezahlen. View all feedback.
After reading all the negative reviews of this restaurant I cant believe I ate at the same place. It has obviously made some drastic improvements since the last reviews. I called in one evening after a disastrous meal at Primavera a few minutes walk away....The staff were all friendly and very helpful and the food was excellent, I had tomato soup to start with chicken and mushroom in a lovely cream sauce for a main and their version of an Eaton Mess for pudding, this was accompanied by a carafe of Valpolicella which was excellent. This made up for the night before as previously mentioned. The bill came to euros which I thought was good value for money and I would visit this venue again. Recommended
We usually check Tripadvisor before visiting restaurants, and didn't this time...what a mistake! The food was awful....my wife had a tuna salad that seemed to have been chucked together very quickly....should have been obvious as the order was delivered barely minutes after having been...taken. My pizza, I would guess, was probably a preprepared frozen one as again it couldn't have been made so quickly....it was very salty and greasy and later in the day I felt ill...probably down to this very pizza! Won't be going anywhere hear this place again
Corner of junction location but okay if get strandkorb table service friendly good choices on menu and not rushed at all if go if with children as plenty to choose from. Food was fine, hot and pizza was quite good. Desserts on...prices side euros but worth it. Total for four with beers ices was
We were exhausted, hungry and there was no place else to go that was open within walking distance, so we popped in here. Don't do it if you intend to actually eat something. Just go here if all you REALLY want is a place to...sit down and rest and have a coke while getting up the energy to visit the old Uboot. If you do decide to eat something, make sure it's not a pizza. A Euro frozen boxed pizza would be better than this. Homemade here means made in somebody else's factory. The seafood dishes our friends had were no better. Very disappointing
After reading all the negative reviews of this restaurant I can not believe that I ate at the same place. it has obviously made some drastic improvements since the last reviews. I called an evening after a catastrophic meal in primavera a few minutes walk....The staff was all friendly and very helpful and the food was excellent, I had tomato soup with huhn and mushroom in a beautiful cream sauce for a pornstar and their version of a eaton mess for pudding, this was accompanied by a carafe of valpolicella that was excellent. this was for the night, as already mentioned. the bill came to euro that I thought was a good value for money and I would recommend to visit this place again.
