Contribute FeedbackSimply dreadful and very dangerous hygiene witnessed right in front of me. I was waiting for some bowls of chips, and the man behind me then requested a grilled chicken breast. The cook behind the counter took a sealed pack of raw chicken breast, opened it and put it on the grill using his hands, wiped his hands down his top, and proceeded to sprinkle salt with his fingers (still not washed after handling raw chicken) onto the pan of freshly made chips. He then used the same unwashed hand to sprinkle a parsley garnish on the bolognaise of the customer in front of me. I paid for my chips and sat down, but simply couldn’t take the risk of eating them. One of the staff cleaning up sort of understood my concern, and let me use the money from the chips to buy filled rolls instead. But this is an incredibly dangerous and unhygienic way to handle raw chicken. I was absolutely shocked. Will never eat there again.
I went there with my parents just yesterday, the waiter was ignoring us. We were asking questions about what we can add with a order but were just being ignored or if answered it was almost like we were annoying him. My mom ordered a Bolognese pasta, the noodles was overcooked and still has water on it, and it cost 26 CHF. If at least the service was nice I will not even write a review and just ignore the food it happens that it is super busy and the cook gets overwhelmed. But the attitude is just unacceptable.
Fun experience, make sure to go into the glacier itself and see the ice sculptures.
A dream in white! Snow as far as the eye can see! The gondola ride was very quiet. The impressions are breathtaking. The photos speak for themselves!
Wonderful experience, the Gondola ride alone is breathtaking. Make sure to make the trip in the morning for the best views and have more time. Buy your tickets at the counter to avoid delays or cancellations due to bad weather and its half off with a swiss travel pass.
