Very very disappointed in papa johns pizza.I ordered 2 10 ' ' pepperoni pizzas and when I received them they were burnt and thin crust in which I didn 't order. They were so bad you couldn 't even bite into it, very unedible. I have ordered before and never had a problem like this . So it makes me not want to order from there anymore because I don 't know what to expect. View all feedback.

Love their pizza! No matter where I have been, this is one of my top two pizza places.
I walked in and the lady at the counter asks the person in the back if they added my additional garlic butter in the box and she responds yes. Well I got home and the additional butter I payed for is indeed not in the box. So I called and was asked if I wanted to pick it up and I said no and then I was passed off to the manager who said my next order will have the garlic butter in it for free. LOL before I am offered something for free wouldn’t that mean that I actually received something I paid for? LOL don’t get me started on when their computers are down ?

Got two small pizzas. One was great. The other had more crust than toppings and cheese. It was pitiful.
