I cannot tell you all the details as I don't want to get you in trouble if they would get in trouble I'm not sure. I watched a homeless person come in trying to pay and change instead of being upset about this they simply open another register smiled. The man still did not have quite enough for any amount of food. So instead of embarrassing him.. while he was trying to find more change. I'm not sure if it was a shift... View all feedback.

They forgot items in my order and the chicken fries were rubbery. I advise checking your bag before you leave and keep the receipt just in case. The people inside were helpful but I shouldn’t have to make sure all my food is accounted for. View all feedback.

They took orders one car at a time..each car was waited on before next order was taken. Then order was NOT RIGHT AND NOT HOT. Ask for receipt got a duplicate.. should have original one. Won't be back for awhile. Need to train people better!!!
Went through the drive-thru in order two of the two Whopper Juniors for $5 ... They tried to charge me $14 and some change so I said something about it and they fix the price $10.70, Gave them a $50 bill... Should of got $39.30 in change and they only gave me $38.20 ... Then to top it off none of the Whopper Jr 's were made correctly. No ketchup on any of them, only one had pickles ... It was just a very unpleasant experiance.
The one in Zephyrhills was just nasty and needed a serious cleaning even the front door was nasty and the rest room looked like a
