Contribute FeedbackWe stopped and found sergio roast coffee beans in the back room. he took a break, only long enough to welcome us, recommend some bohnen (we bought nicaraguan) and make us an espresso. this is a third wave coffee shop and fry on the pists of mt. etna, about 30 minutes of catania. this is the best coffee we found in italy.
I bought a package of Brazilian coffee and a Guatemalan. eyes at the sight are beautiful, medium toast and homogeneous and fragrant to the nose. all product specifications and roasting date are mentioned on the package. I prepared coffee with Italian moka and the result is great: coffee with structure, scented and with a long and elegant tail on the palate. Good roast!
