Proto had a welcoming atmosphere, the wait staff were all very polite and friendly. The meals were absolutely delicious! We had the beef tail, beef cheek, tuna steaks, sous vide chicken and the truffle pasta. Everything was cooked to perfection and had brilliant flavours! Even though we were full, we all had dessert and it was not regretted! Great pricing as well! Could not recommend this place highly enough! A must go to, when in Zadar! A five stars from us!

I ordered tuna and polenta, after having the waiter suggest safe GF options. It was filling and delicious.
