Good BBQ. Really reminds me of Swadley?s, has a better flavor profile over them! My wife had the ?King? baked potato, subbed the sour cream and hot link for double shredded brisket. I had a ?Smokestack? sandwich, the coleslaw and hot link worked wonderfully with each other. Can?t wait to try more from the menu! View all feedback.
What Tim Morse doesn't like about Earl's Rib Palace:
I recently tried out a new restaurant in Yukon, located on Route 66. As soon as I walked in, the aroma was incredible. I should mention that we arrived about 30 minutes before closing time. Despite that, the food was not up to par. The grilled cheese was tasty, but the mac n cheese seemed old. The brisket was dry and tasted old, which is why it was accompanied by sauce. Earl?s Rib Palace sounded good to us the other evening. We each had a side salad that was very fresh and delicious. The special that night was Burnt Ends, and I have a weakness for Burnt Ends ever since I had them in Kansas City. These did not disappoint; the sauce was great and complimented the smokiness very well. I loved the baked beans also. Mrs. Flip Out chose the Cheddar Burger and it was a large burger. She really enjoyed it and the curly fries were delicious. Little Flip Out also liked his burger and fries. Our waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu items. We enjoy Earl?s when we go and think you will, too.
Thank you Earl?s Rib Palace for great food and fast service. Thank you to our server, Montana, on doing an excellent job. Thank you to those in the kitchen and Management as well; the food was good, hot and timely. ?Together We? had a good night. Yumm!
Joel himself catered my daughters wedding reception last night! He made everything so easy from the first call to the clean up. Everyone commented on the delicious dinner! Thank you Earls!!!!!

Honest review, the pulled pork was yummy. The sliced brisket was very dry. Beans watery. Curly fries bland. Really nice people though! Just my opinion.
