是誰說井閣是「火鍋店」 根本是星級以上的鍋物料理店 匠心獨具的巧手、牛肉成花 擺盤浮誇的海味、新鮮直送 只涮五秒的肩肉、入口即化 微辛的白胡椒、微醺的紹興湯底 完全不需要調味料 只有真材實料的新鮮，不用佐味 沒有火鍋料 沒有火鍋料 沒有火鍋料 只有食材的純粹，沒有人工 老闆問？還有哪裡需要改進？ 我說 多來幾次，總會找到的
很精緻的鍋物，尤其胡椒鍋的香味讓人胃口大開！ 不過要來吃的人建議先餓個2餐，不然你會吃不完！ 服務費不是白收的，服務生親切的說明，幫忙下鍋的服務都讓人滿意！

湯頭選擇胡椒豚骨 白鳳醉雞 天哪！真的是為之驚艷 店家沒有提供額外的醬料 推薦原汁原味的吃法 海陸雙拼不用多說了！ 整個擺盤技巧以為來到泰國花店 老闆店員親切讓整體非常加分 可以來台中開一家嗎！！！ 大老遠去朝聖沒有踩雷 這趟旅程沒有白跑一趟
