Amazing, amazing, amazing! I work in the food industry and don’t usually wait in line for food. My second time here and regret not living closer. What Jordyn Lockman doesn't like about Ciccio:
Very overrated and overpriced casual restaurant. Limited menu. The pizza sauce is very salty and hardly any cheese on top of the pie. At $26 this is a ripoff. The Campanelle with pork was not very large and there were two giant pieces of fat mixed among the pasta. The Diet Coke was not a Coke and had an odd root beer and sarsaparilla taste. We visit Napa from Sacramento. For us poor people Sacramentan this place is so expensive. I couldn't believe the menu price. But the food is so good. The grilled lamb, the pork paste, pizza, are on another level. Try it. You only live once!
A group of us was lucky enough to get a reservation for Friday night. The food and the atmosphere were great! There was enough of us so we had a great selection of the menu. The mushroom soup was great. The best I ever had! It was the beginning of a great night of food. We had three pasta dishes, two different pizzas, a steak duck and a salmon entree. Everything was so good that we actually made a three bite and passed for every meal. There is no way to choose a favorite. I would order these meals again. If you get a chance, don't miss it!
The spicy salami is one of my favorite pizzas I've ever had. The cocktails are great, and we have the Tiramisu to dessert? Everything here is delicious and the staff was wonderful. Very recommended!
Heavenly place that is more than just pizza. If you are in the Napa region, Yountville CA, then add this place to your schedule for lunch or dinner. More than the French laundry in this area.
We were disappointed with a few of the dishes. Nothing overly wow-ed us and we had some issues with the wine we chose. The wait staff was wonderful.
