I was craving sushi and decided to visit Young's after finding it through a Google search. The reviews were accurate - Whitney provided excellent service, she was friendly, warm and efficient. The food was incredible - we had salad, tempura, gyoza, fresh and delicious rolls/sushi, and a vegetable lo mein loaded with fresh vegetables. for years we've been here and the sushi was best in the opposite. the last two times I had large amounts abs the fish was not fresh and the sushi was badly made (not evenly cut, stacked messy in the tablet.) View all feedback.

Hirame an absolute local treasure consistently serves up quality, fresh and delicious sushi, bento boxes and more. Whitney is amazing, you barely have to tell her what you want when you order. She already knows (she gets to know her customers and their likes). The Hirame family is always willing to participate in Yorktown events, fundraisers and catering. We are lucky to have their business in our neighborhood.
We ate dinner there tonight, the food was excellent… Sushi is fresh and the specialty rolls are delicious. The waitress was friendly and service was great will definitely be returning!!!
Friendliest hostess, and freshest sushi around! Been going there for years, and always happy with all of the above. And definitely get some ginger lemon tea!
The fish is very high quality and if you get a lunch special the prices are very good.The non-Japanese items tend to be good, not great, but the sushi and sashimi are still strong enough to merit the 5 stars.
