Wing Machine - York

I’ve been coming here for over 11 years at this point and the wings will always be great for the price and a student’s budget. The owner has seen all the kids who went to the elementary school nearby grow up and she will always be a staple in the community!! She always remembers my order and is very friendly. I’ve only ever gotten the wings and fries deal or the pizza slice and I’ve honestly never been disappointed. This spot will always have a special place in my heart ?

The service was good and the wait time was about 6 minutes, but the food was disappointing. The wings were small and dry, almost like they were from a baby chicken. The poutine came in a half-empty box and was overly cheesy. It's not terrible for the price, but there's definitely room for improvement.

The wings we used to get from Pizza Pitchicken's were delicious until they started using chicken that was subjected to cruel treatment. I don't mean to be harsh, but the chicken they use is of higher quality compared to average chicken. The non-chicken option is also available, but the real star is their brand new zesty chicken. If you don't try it, you'll be missing out. The portion size is generous and the prices are reasonable. Overall, I give Pizza Pitchicken's five stars for their delicious pizza and chicken options.

The honey garlic wings and pommes are also amazing. Don't let the plain appearance of the restaurant deter you - the wings here are better than most other popular wing spots.
