The restaurant is small and unassuming, but clean with bright colours and lots of sunlight. The staff encouraged us to try a sample of any soup we were considering. This was appreciated so that we didn't end up with something we didn't like. There were about 8 soups to choose from, as well as about 5 sandwiches, quiche, pizza, and wraps. We shared a ham View all feedback.
I brought my coworkers out here for lunch and left expecting a bit more after reading the other reviews.
Several years back (when I was a younger man), I took my first job in a little mobile phone store located in the Caledon town of Bolton and shortly there
As our office moved to Bolton we all found ourselves struggling to find a good spot to eat for a very decent price.
I was looking for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the quick and delicious meal I found at this small restaurant. Despite the limited seating, we opted for takeout which worked out well. The toughest decision was choosing from the wide selection of soups available, each one sounding delicious. I ultimately chose a small mushroom soup with blue cheese crumbles, which turned out to be the best soup I've ever had. It was rich without being overpowering, with just the right amount of crumbles to complement the strong mushroom flavor. My companion enjoyed a hearty beef barley soup that tasted like Grandma's roast beef dinner in every bite. We also shared a ham and cheese sandwich on a soft roll. I have returned to this restaurant multiple times since my first visit and have discovered that even their simplest soups are exceptional. I have heard great things about their chili as well, so I will have to try that on my next visit. The location on Main Street provides a great atmosphere, but the restaurant is small so it may not be ideal for lingering after your meal.
This restaurant offers a variety of homemade soups. They were really yummy and we were impressed by how many people came in for takeout soup, so much so that they were sold out of two varieties. Sandwiches were good, too. A nice quick lunch stop.
