This is a great Asian restaurant, All buffet, no menu items. All kinds of items to choose from. Quantities are refreshed continuously so very fresh. Restaurant is like a museum, so lots to see, Prices are a bit high but reasonable for what you get. It gets busy at meal time, so go early. Reservation is recommended. This was an experience/adventure. I highly recommend this. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Dragon Legend:
Lots of choices and full of variety. A greater place to gather business celebration or cultural family gathering if your last and annual meeting was always Mandarin Buffet. Quality Chinese food and service provided with bars. View all feedback.
There are many food options, a sushi bar, Peking duck and a machine that prepares hand shaved noodles. At dinner, there are many sushi, sashimi (tuna, salmon) and even torched sushi. There is a pretty big variety and all the food is pretty good. There are also many desserts, like green tea mousse cake, many ice cream flavours, cheesecake and mochi.
Probably the best quality Asian buffet in Toronto. The food quality is comparable to eating at a restaurant (take salmon sashimi, Peking duck, roast beef for example). The restaurant is very strict with their 1 hours and 45 minutes dining time and will kick you out promptly at the end of your dining session. If going on the weekends, a reservation is strongly recommend.
I haven’t dined here for several years and decided to give it another go. The parking lot is large, so there are plenty of spots unless it’s a busy weekend. The staff at the front were not very friendly, but the staff at the serving stations were very efficient. The interior is dim and beautifully decorated, and I like how the seating is grouped together in one large wide room on the right side of the restaurant. There are different options than Mandarin. The food is okay imo, it’s your standard buffet. I personally wouldn’t go back, but everyone’s tastes vary.
Whether you are a vegetarian, gluten-free or able to eat everything, this is the place for you. There is fresh sushi, about 15-20 options. There are traditional Asian dishes like Peking duck, General Tso's chicken, noodle and rice dishes, a variety of vegetables, soups, fish choices, more desserts than you can imagine and an ice cream bar. My only complaint is that we were a large party of about 35-40 people who had reserved multiple tables. After we were seated and had gotten our food, we had to rearrange 4 of our tables to free up one of the larger tables because it wasn't full. This meant that 8 of us had to gather our plates, glasses, and silverware and relocate to other tables. I thought the restaurant handled this very poorly.
I absolutely loved the lunch buffet at this restaurant. I went with my project team and was initially a bit skeptical as a vegetarian, but I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of veg and non-veg options available. The waiters were also very helpful in assisting with any questions about the dishes. I would rate the food, service, ambience, and affordability all a 5 out of 5. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience. Plus, don't forget to take a picture in front of the large dragon at the restaurant's entrance after your meal!
