Friendly Wendy’s crew, accurate and considerate. They had a lantern fly and warned me to put my windows up so they could through it outside so it didn’t come into our vehicle. Our order was correct. And on the way out the young gentleman gave me a compliment on my necklace… that made my day! Thank you View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
Don't waste your time, 1st greeted with exact change or cards only, than no BBQ sauce, than no soda except diet sprite and cherry coke. Customer service was just as bad. Take few extra minutes and gas and go to different Wendy's!Food: 1/5 View all feedback.
Came here at 5:30pm on a Thursday to pick up an online order (3 burger meals and some chili) I made the online order 20 minutes before getting to the lot. On the app, I pressed the I 'm here button and waited. 15 minutes later, still no food. I went inside to see what the holdup was. Everyone working looked depressed and kept looking at me but no one would give me service for about 5 minutes. Then, someone came up. I told them about my order and they said yeah, we don 't have any chili. So they didn 't have the means to contact me about my order? My phone number is attached to the account I ordered from. They made me wait all this time just for that?I asked for fries instead. I kid you not, they took an extra HALF HOUR to get me the food and move at a snails pace. So I waited OVER AN HOUR just for 3 sandwich meals from a god awful food place. Someone came in as I was coming out. I told them about my experience and told them they 'd be waiting for a while just like I have.I 'm never coming to this store again and if you work here, I hope your customer service improves by the time you get a different job. You should be ashamed of yourselves for wasting my time.Parking: The parking lot is a mess
Definitely not my favorite fast food. Everyone needs I went to the food is cold! Why would this Wendy's be any different! I think they're too worried about being on their phone!
Waited 25 minutes for a mobile order. They were “out of crispy chicken sandwiches” and then put one in our bag. All of our sandwiches had mayo on them so we couldn’t eat them, literally ordered without mayo ON THE APP. Had no lemonade. No sauce for our fries or nuggets. Never returning to this Wendy’s their workers are lazy.
My most recent visit here was very poor and left me expecting more from this well known brand. None of the food I order was made fresh. All of it has signs of sitting out, pre-made, and watered down drinks. I honestly will not go here ever again.Food: 1/5
Ate in the dining room.....5 people (at least) working. No one to ring us up (she's in the bathroom), got to the point someone decides to ring us up from the drive through register, but decided after all that to tell us exact change or card only (no signs to let us know that)...soda machine out of 80% of everything....no lids.... no ketchup....seriously, your getting $16.00 an hour. DO SOMETHING!!!!!!! Wendy's Creed for Customer Service my ass! Close your doors, you're worthless.
