I gotta give this place a 5 stars as they got me through a busy drive through faster than chick-fil-a, and I’m so use to going to Wendy’s in my own area where either the fries or the nuggets are always soggy or sadly made. These where the best nuggets and fries I’ve had from a Wendy’s since my childhood. I don’t think I was in that drive through for more than 3 minutes. What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
Would give no stars if I could. Order through the app and picked it up. Got home and the whole order was wrong. Stuff was missing. When I called the store to file a complaint I ask to speak to the manager at what time she said speaking. I began to tell her about all yhe mistakes with my order. Iny he muddle of explaining what was wrong she hung up on me. When I called back she kept locking the phone up and hanging up... View all feedback.

I’m very impressed and I simply wasn’t expecting that kind of service from a Wendy’s until now. The manager should give praise to the staffs processes in the building as it is giving great customer service and speed.
Like most fast food places, it's hit or miss, which is why I am giving this Wendy's 2 stars. Walking in, the atmosphere seemed cleanly, but lacked enthusiasm. No one appreciated being there it seemed. When we ordered, we were served after the couple and kids waiting for their food (they had more than me and my boyfriend, and we didn't even receive cups right away. After we got our food, my boyfriend's order was correct, but mine somehow was wrong. I had asked for 3 Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe sandwiches and was told that there was no mustard in them, but when I opened up my sandwiches, they were 3 Cheeseburgers, complete with mustard, no lettuce, tomato, or onion like the Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe is supposed to have. Now, I get mistakes happen, which is why I didn't say anything, but I do feel that my needs were not met. Customer service does not mean the customer is always right, but that also means you should try to meet the customer's needs, especially when it comes to the product you are making.I do not recommend this location at this time, but I do hope they get better.
Come to the speaker at the drive through, “we’re only accepting cash”Order 40$ worth of food. Wait in line for 15 minutes. Hand the girl at the window a 50$ bill. “Sorry we don’t accept 50s/100s”Guess you guys should put a sign up. “Hey we’re only accepting cash, oh but not that cash” ? lived in the area for years and this Wendy’s location has always sucked, slow, messes up your order or doesn’t really accept cash even though there’s no signage that says so.
I understand some things are hard to get due to made up supply chain issues. But EVERY time I go there and order the two things my wife likes to eat there they are out of it. Baked potatoes and chili. I get the feeling it’s pile ordering ice cream at McDonald’s, it’s always broken. Just disappointing.
Super slow! Been here quite a few times over past 6yrs and it's been slow service 95% of the time. Whether it's drive thru or dine in it doesn't matter. There's no advantage to getting faster service. They're equally slow! I've walked out twice without ordering anything because they were taking so long. I don't get it, it's like there's no sense of urgency when they get busy. They need better management and training. This place will make you late for work or waste your whole lunch break if you stop there to get food before work or during your lunch break...smh
