After a mammoth fiasco at another area restaurant, we came to Chili’s for chips n’ salsa, shrimp tacos, and a laid back atmosphere. The food was good. The service was excellent. Our waitress was in the process of training, but that definitely did not impede service in the least. Dining at Chili’s was a great experience and value, especially when compared with our other experience this evening! View all feedback.
What Ronnie B doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
The food taste processed and was cold. Ordered fajitas and the plate wasn't even sizzling, chicken didn't looked cooked. My girlfriend steak platter was no flavor to it and the mashed potatoes are from a box. Would I go back? NO Was the food worth the price? NO 70$ and we didn't eat half our plates! View all feedback.
Our family LOVES this restaurant! We have had to wait longer than usual due to staffing issues. However, it allowed us to have longer conversations before dinner. Food was still hot and fresh!
I had written Chili's off, but they have improved tremendously. Join their free club and get free chips and salsa every meal. They have some of the best chips and salsa around. Also, try the fajita, it is enough for 2 and makes a great meal.
The salad and soup was really good. Our waiter was really nice and helpful.I would recommend this place. Good atmosphere.
Chili’s is a nice place to meet for a first date or to take the family out to grab a quick bite to eat. The food is good the service is good very friendly and very economical considering the price of eating out these days! I will definitely go back again in the near future! With or without my date lol!
We ordered online for a pickup time of 7:45 on a Friday evening. At 7:55 a to-go employee came out to let us know that they were just waiting on one item for our order be finished. At about 8:05 my husband went inside to the to-go area and waited a few minutes for someone to help him. We decided to ask for a refund at that point considering the food that was done was most likely cold and we had been waiting for over twenty minutes now for our order, which still was not ready at that point. We were also disappointed with the customer service. No one offered an apology or attempted to explain what the issue was. We left after being there for almost half an hour without our order. Very disappointed as we do come to this location frequently.
