This pizza hut is terrible, it's expensive and if that weren't enough, they don't bring you the pizza. I went to dinner and my friends are still waiting for the pizza and they had problems getting their money back. Anyway, don't go there. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Effectively turned away! Though there were tables that just needed a wipe down cleaning, the member of staff gave a silly time to three parties consisting of 2, 3 6. So, not impressed! Service: 1

We used to visit Pizza Hut quite a lot a few years ago and decided to give it another try. We were quite disappointed. The restaurant was very cold so I kept my coat on. The food was ok but definitely over priced. Not much customer service now that you order directly from the table. A meal deal at £22 each was crazy compared to a higher end restaurant in York. Food: 3
