This is probably our favourite restaurant in the area, but sadly with the closure of the local river crossing for some months we are unable to go back. Hopefully bridge reopening in February. We have been here many times over the years including Christmas Eve with friends until this year. Food always excellent, best cooked steak I have ever eaten was here though normally would have something lighter. View all feedback.

Last Sunday we had an excellent meal and everyone said how good it was. the staff was very polite and could not do enough. the children also enjoyed eating. we will soon return and can recommend it for a nice meal, friendly service and beautiful environment.

A fantastic Sunday dinner in the bluebell. beautiful happy welcome at the arrival in this tastefully renovated restaurant pub. excellent menu, large service and reasonable prices. family group of 7 all selected different options, but all meals came together, piping hot and generously portion. Open up!
Beautiful place in alne, where we are just to visit. definitiw a foodie pub instead of a drink place. good choice in the menu and friendly staff who were very helpful. also dog friendly, so the 5th member of our party could be with us what was a nice bonus. eating was very good, well cooked and good portions highly recommended.
