I was pleasantly surprised to discover a vegan restaurant in this small town. It was a wonderful find and a great example of showcasing vegan options in a not-so-vegan friendly area. What impressed me even more was that the other diners there were not vegan, yet they still enjoyed the healthy and delicious food. I was pleasantly surprised to discover a vegan restaurant in this small town. It was a wonderful find and a great example of showcasing vegan options in a not-so-vegan friendly area. What impressed me even more was that the other diners there were not vegan, yet they still enjoyed the healthy and delicious food. They seemed like regulars and it was clear that the restaurant was thriving. The Happy Eating dish I tried was also very tasty. I highly recommend checking this place out!
