What User doesn't like about Yarmouth Pub:
Yarmouth Pub has the most varied burger menu in town as well as the normal chips menu and lobster. For me, an 8 ounce burger is too big and I find it hard to fit in my mouth. Would prefer a smaller size with same quality. The bun is good bread and not the usual foam one gets with a burger. Their fries are pretty much what one would expect. All in all, a satisfactory meal. Can order half orders. Others in the party ha... View all feedback.

We visited this restaurant because Don at the Tourist Info recommended it. He told us that they served amazing hamburger and seafood. Well.... hamburgers did look amazing, however, the patties tasted like any frozen patty you buy at the the grocery stores. Don't order the Scallop burger because literally it only came with 4 little measley little scallops the size of less than a 25cent coin; and nothing else, well... a few literally strings of lettuce. All for the grand price of $12.99. I newarly died because just 2 days prior we were at the Costco in Halifax. a 907g package of frozen DIGBY Deep Sea scallop only cost $26.99. So for the 2 Scallop burgers that my husband and I ordered we could've enjoyed the 907g. of Digby Scallops and fed the enitre family of 5.Oh well...onto the next seafood restaurant.
Food was good , very small place . Walking distance from ferry . Wings were good , beer was cold . What you expect for a pub , minus the vibe .
Stopped by the pub after reading trip advisor reviews. Quaint little pub with restaurant upstairs. All meals made to order . My husband had the large Seafood chowder it was as stated large piping hot and stuffed full of seafood(scallops lobster calamari haddock etc) very good. I had a burger which they apparently specialize in it was delicious and the onion rings were great. A good experience for both of us. The waitress was friendly and efficient. We ended off our meal in the pub downstairs singing karaoke with the locals who made us very welcome.
