Though this restaurant was on the pricier side, we really loved the food here.. their long island ice tea is the best one I had till date.. kind of sweet.. sane about the beef lasagna.. too good.. meat well cooked.. cheesy.. superb.. we had a couple of beers as well.. as well as pork pizza.. all were pretty good.. the location and ambience were awesome.. right beside the swimming pool.. really enjoyed our time here.. What Bhanupriya Sahni doesn't like about Aqua - The Park:
Pool side casual hangout place. Went to this place at 5PM on a weekday. This place is not being maintained properly. We asked for two varieties of standard beers which are available in any class of restaurant, no stock. We zeroed in on third variety. Here comes surprise---only two pints available in this variety. Snacks: Totally disappointed, only french fries, fish fingers and sandwich available. Nothing else. Posit... View all feedback.
My tryst with The Park-Vizag has been of mixed emotions. I'm either served exceptional food or I'm served very average food which does not reflect well to the brand. I visited aqua on an evening and we'll their menu for one is very limited than their counterparts in other cities. I ordered for a crispy chilli baby corn which was salty, way too salty. Completely off when it comes to balance of flavours. I also ordered a gnocci which was decent. The gnocci was perfectly cooked and the white sauce and great consistency but the walnuts sprinkled over my dish ruined it for me completely. The walnuts were not fresh and the irritating oily taste one gets in old walnuts was present and it completely ruined my dish. Next time I'd ask them not to put in any walnuts for any of my dishes. I want to try out more items on their menu before passing a more comprehensive judgement. For now my review is based on what I got served. The three star is only for the perfectly cooked gnocci. The ambience of aqua is great but not meant for the summer days. Value for money, well it's a park property I don't think you go to the restaurant looking for value for money.
