We absolutely adore this incredibly authentic Mexican restaurant and frequently visit for lunch. Our preference is for a lighter meal, so we typically opt for two appetizers each. My favorite dishes are the pork tongue taco and chicken tostada - the pork tongue is surprisingly delicious! My partner usually goes for the adobada and carne asada tostadas. What User doesn't like about Tammy's Mexican:
I paid $50 for a plate of tacos. The experience was typical of what you would expect from a food truck or party. The taste of the meat was ok, but a bit dry. The salsa was nothing special. There were no chips, drinks, or extras included. The prices were high compared to what I received, so I won't be going back for more tacos. This was my first visit, so I can't comment on the rest of the menu. View all feedback.
I always go there to get menudo or birria, eat good, but what makes the dinge better is the fresh made tortillas.
Great food, service, and price! Definitely recommend this authentic restaurant.

Food taste like glory here thanks lord for this people behinds kitchen making there effort to service the best . THEY ARE DOING IT LOVE IT THIS IS MY FAMILY WEEKEND PLACE LOVE IT
All right! We stopped on the way to Waitsburg and had the Birria de chivo with Maistortillas and the Pambazo with adobada. Both were excellent. The pambazo bread was fluffy and held in the sauce, and the sandwich was well filled. The Birrie was the winner for us; the broth was excellent and the meat so tender. We loved the kissing, perfectly chewing, fresh tortillas, simply amazing next to the delicious broth! Service was fast and friendly, we were in and out in no time. Thank you.
