This restaurant is not quite the best seafood spot in the city, but it is a close second. The staff worked exceptionally hard tonight, especially the incredible general manager, Keely Royce. Special thanks to Josh for making my son's night by showing him a live lobster from the tank. The entire waitstaff was also fantastic, with our waitress Stephanie standing out as particularly wonderful. Keep up the great work, ev... View all feedback.

Wow! I recently had some dental work done and can only eat soup. We decided to order four bowls of soup, costing $50 in total, but were disappointed to receive less than a cup of soup in each bowl. To put it into perspective, the bowls were smaller than a pencil in size. This was definitely not what we were expecting, especially considering the price we paid. Additionally, I received a strange call from one of the wo... View all feedback.
We just had an excellent culinary experience in Red Lobster. It was a busy evening and they were obviously a little short staff, but I'm sure they didn't plan it that way. Our waitress Serenity made it a very special evening for us. She was friendly with a positive attitude and a friendly smile. She was attentive and revived all the time we were there! The food was amazing and a lot of it!! I am happy to bring my family every time they visit us Thank you!
We had the best service tonight by Beth. She noticed that we hadn't been helped and took our drink order, immediately brought it out with some bread and then took our meal order. I ordered a salad with no onions, when she brought it there were onions on it and I mentioned that. Instead of taking it back and picking off the onions she insisted my husband have it and she brought me a fresh one, no onions. She was absolutely wonderful!!
I'm glad my family I chose to have our dinner here in celebration of our special occasion. The service was wonderful along with our food that was delicious: (Chicken linguini alfredo although I wished it somewhat had a kick since it was supposed to be Cajun it still turned out good either way, The clam chowder was okay, The cheddar biscuits was delicious!, The cesar salad was also delicious in which I'm glad the establishment went back to how they originally served salad etc Finally the lobster tail along with medium well-done steak baked potato was delicious). Our server she was awesome (I forgot her name) along with who I believe was the manager (I also forgot what his name is) he came over to make sure we were enjoying our meal it was overall a great experience!
Red lobster is always good. Specifically when they have the endless shrimp. Their shrimp scampi is amazing. I wish the bacon on the scallops was a bit more cooked but other than that everything was delicious!
I hadn't been to Red Lobster in a loooong time, so I wasn't ready for the big price hike. The same great food is on the menu, lobsters in the tank by the door, tasteful dining room with comfortable seating. I really like Red Lobster because they do casual dining at the high class level. However, $10 for a small serving of Mac n cheese is a little much. We also got a baked potato with the works and a Ceasars salad. Total came to $30 with a $5.41 tip. The wait staff were classy, the manager available without hovering, it was a good experience overall, but wow, the prices.
