So excited this place is in Yakima! We went for the first time last night and the prices were reasonable, the tea fantastic and the ice cream delicious! Only took a couple mins to get our order and they were pretty busy. Can’t wait to go back! View all feedback.
What Joint doesn't like about Icy Tai:
I used to come here quite often before it got new owners and always had great customer service but the two girls working tonight had snobby and unwelcoming looks on their faces. They also had about 5-6 orders that needed to be made and one girl was in the back while one of them was upfront making orders alone. Not sure if they were having a rough night or what but I did not tip because of the service I was given. Alw... View all feedback.

They're doing great for just opening most of the workers only had a couple days you see the place and train to make their product but the improve everyday and they are rocking the cold stone. If you have never used one you can't really judge them on how long they take. It's literally just opening.
First time coming over here tried the boba pretty tasty but not my thing definitely would recommend this place if you like boba tea. Also tried the ice cream yum
Ordered a peach and mango bubble smoothie.. They are amazing , and taste great!! The Mango tango ice cream #6. Giant green #5 and oreo secret #3 recommend!!
Be prepared to wait at high-traffic times. This is a popular place (the only of its kind in town and it takes time to create each dessert by hand. If there are several people in front of you in line, or if you go with a group, you are probably looking at waiting for 10-15 minutes before yours is ready. The end result is DELICIOUS but waiting that long can be hard for children, so just be prepared. To pass the time waiting, kids will enjoy watching the 'ice cream ' being made if they can see over the counter. (Little ones will probably need to be lifted up to see, as there are no stools. An eating counter with bar stools would have been a great idea here.
