The cakes at this place looked delicious, but unfortunately, we had to leave because the cafe had unruly dogs inside. If we wanted to dine in a place with so many dogs, we would have gone to the RSPCA instead. View all feedback. What User likes about Thirteen High Street:
I have visited this family-owned cafe for the second time and I really enjoy their chocolate cake. I highly recommend trying their brownie and chocolate cake as they are both very rich and smooth. The staff are also very friendly. View all feedback.
