Poncho's Tacos - Wyoming

We walked in and were warmly greeted by the staff, making us feel very welcome. The atmosphere was casual but incredibly cozy. The food was readily available for ordering, and we watched the chef prepare our meal right in front of us, using the freshest ingredients. In all honesty, the asada taco was the best I've had in Grand Rapids when seeking an authentic taco experience. The meal also came with two homemade salsas, both of which were delicious and complemented the dish perfectly without overpowering the flavors of the meat and vegetables.

Poncho's Tacos offers some of the most authentic Mexican cuisine. I recently discovered this restaurant and have kept coming back for the amazing experience. The staff is very friendly and speaks both English and Spanish. Despite being extremely busy, they always provide super fast service and never fail to disappoint. Orders are always correct and prepared exactly as requested. The interior of the restaurant is charming, with a cozy atmosphere that makes you forget about the busy surroundings. If you're looking for a truly authentic dining experience, Poncho's Tacos is worth going out of your way for.

I have given Ponchos a rating of 4 stars mainly because of the exceptional customer service provided by the owner. The atmosphere is very inviting and fresh. Overall, the food has great flavors and tastes delicious. However, there are areas that could be improved. The portion sizes need some adjustment as some bites of my burrito were satisfying while others were mostly tortilla. Additionally, the guacamole was a bit over-mixed. Overall, great flavors but some aspects could use some improvement.

What a pleasant surprise! I stopped on a laune and so glad I did. the staff was very friendly, and the tacos incredible! I ordered two steak tacos. they pulled out and cook the meat fresh, carmelized the wobble, and the tortillas were perfect. truly authentic and they can say that they are proud of what they serve. they also gave 2 house made sauces, both fantastic. the horchata was also excellent. one of my new favorite places safe!

Fantastic authentic tacos. This place is for sure top 3 in tacos in all of GR and a super hidden gem in Wyoming. All the tacos are amazing and their 3 taco, rice and beans deal is the best! They were super friendly and speak English or Spanish, also I ordered and within 7 minutes I was walking out with a dozen tacos. I will be here multiple times a month since I live so close. Do yourself a favor and eat here.
