This gongcha is basically just like all the others. The interior is way bigger than the Lorne street one which is a plus. The tables can be a little messy when it gets a bit busy. View all feedback.
What martha ivette doesn't like about Gong Cha:
emmmm. Environment is good! So you can enjoy your time here. Service is good! But...the taste is really normal... Maybe I won't try it again. Because there are so many good milk tea stores. View all feedback.

Always packed busy whenever I come around but every time I come here I get so confused with their businesses.. it just seem like they got so much business going on here but they never improve on anything when they could had! The cashiers are always lost and confused and very easy to get your order wrong or takes a while to take the order. I seen them (countless times) taking my cash and trying to clean bubble tea drops with their hands (wdf) and repeat for 5 times then hand my drink and their counter which is being used for both pay counter and drink pick up station is always ALWAYS so dirty and messy and always have receipts and straw covers all around.. their napkins/serviette is not even close to a food truck standard its more likely what you can find at 2$ shop.. (they look like a cheap facial tissues) I just don't understand why such a reliable franchise branch gotta do this
A nice cafe where you can either just pick something up and go or sit around for a bit to relax and enjoy your tea. The teas are hit and miss, I quite like their flavoured teas like taro. I recently had their special brown sugar one and it wasn't very nice, the brown sugar was quite bitter and the foam was really salty. It probably didn't help that I was using a straw so the foam was the last thing I drank. The seated area is quite comfortable.Nice selection of drinks and they also had some food on offer like the bubble waffles. A good place to stop by for desserts or a tea break.
We happened to pass by this Taiwanese bubble tea chain shop after having our dinner in Newmarket tonight. We had Pearl milk tea and milk tea with coconut jelly, 30% sugar level. They both tasted as good as expected, same standard as the ones we encountered at their chain stores in other Asian countries including Malaysia, Japan, Singapore, Vietnam. The staff were averagely friendly. There were quite a number of seats inside this shop with nice and cosy ambience. This outlet appeared to be much more spacious as compared to their other outlets in Auckland. Food Beverage : 8/10 Service : 5/10 Price : 6/10 Ambience : 8/10
4/5 Taste 3/5 Display 3/5 Quantity 3/5 Customer Service Best Chinese milk tea shop in Auckland So far it’s the best. Hulucat was top of the food chart until Gongcha rolled in few years ago. Not sure why Gongcha is the so popular, maybe due to it’s varience and quality. I still consider Hulucat with best Taro milk tea. But gongcha has good matcha flavours and I need to consider my sugar intake as I’m getting old
