I reached after they had closed the restaurant, rather than sending me away saying ‘sorry we are closed’, the staff opened the door with such kindness and let me order my takeaway. They also made sure I got the right order as I was traveling far to get home. The lady chatted with me while I waited and didn’t make me feel awkward cos I was further delaying their kitchen. Totally professional, kind and full of warmth. Thank you.
