Red Rooster - Wynnum West

Yeah the roots, been a minnie since I 've had red rooter. So I 'm laying up at home watching a Jason Bateman movie and got 10 cheesy nugs and asked for BBQ and sweet and sour sauce so I proceeded to dip the first 5 nugs into the BB sauce. At nug number 6 I went for the sweet and sour sauce but low and behold I 'd been given two BBQ saussies and I was really looking forward to that sweet and sour so that kinda ruined my life. The burger was supposed to be spicy but it was just 'spicy ' like someone 's attitude, full of salt, it was like I went snorkeling sans a freaking snorkel, just lapping up that salt raw doggin '. Anywho chips were cold AF and could 've used some of that excessive sodium that was on the burger but ftw I 'm eating red roots ain 't I so can 't be too fussy. 5 stars because...cheesy nuggets

Haven't been here for quite sometime and won't be returning anytime soon. Staff were pleasant but got home and found we were not given the correct food for our order. No other customers were in the store but still managed to get incorrect meals. Won't be back. Plenty of alternatives nearby.

Been waiting ages for a refund because of an error on their part. Bad service. Not even an email back. Called multiple times and still not reply.

Well, I ordered the roast combo with leg.....got wing,no peas which was tragic, wanted sweet potato chips but none to be had......so I happily ate chicken, potato gravy.......daughter was not happy about the sweet potato bit tho. I'm afraid we weren't thrilled with the outcome but look, what we got tasted alright

Definitely one of the less lively fast food establishments. The food was very average. Chips were overcooked, the burger was not constructed very well. All the tables in the dining room were clear of rubbish, but none of them had been wiped down. As far as Red Rooster's go, this over is definitely on the average side.
