I really didn’t enjoy any part of this meal at all. The rice was flavourless and the korma didn’t even taste like korma, it was a weird flavour and the chicken tasted cheap. The Keema Naan was horrific I couldn’t even finish it, it had like a lamb paste and stunk compared to other ones I have had from elsewhere, the onion bhajis were okay, just crumbled and fell apart, didn’t keep their shape which made it difficult... Fantastic little find in Retford family ran with big smiles and fantastic fresh cooked food , centre of Retford and very accommodating, dine in or out , wheelchair access and takeaway , as a Chef I look at everything and I can not find 1 fault with this beautiful heart in the centre of the town.will definitely return. Absolutely gorgeous dinner but what really took my breath away is the amazing service by Arsana (spelling may be wrong). She was amazing and explained to us they’re a family run business and have been open for thirteen years. I can’t speak to the take away experience however if you’re looking for a nice Indian dine in experience in Retford this is unequivocally the place for you.
Archana (the owner) is lovely. She has a brilliant aura. It’s amazing value for money. For the two of us we only spent £25. Absolutely gorgeous food.
