Visited this on a Sunday. The service was fast and friendly and the food was very good. A lot of choices on the menu. Well done, Spur.

Great location right next to the dam. 1 toilet to be used in intervals for male and female separately. Service is awesome and tradition is still adhered to.
Drove from Cape Town to have a breakfast decided to go to the spur what a brilliant breakfast. The food was hot and very tasty no oil the service was great as well will definitely be doing the trip again
My table of 5 people experienced very poor service. Although the place was full, we received our food long after we ordered and some of the items were not properly cooked. Our desert order was placed but we also waited for almost an hour. The service was really not what we are used to at other Spur branches. We will not come here again. When I made my payment, the cashier called the manager and I explained to him why I was not happy with the service and food. He did apologize for our not so happy experience and offered to adjust our final bill. This gesture is much appreciated, and I hope that it will be the start to improved service and quality of the food. If we do visit the branch again in future, it will be judged against our recent experience. I also received a call from the branch manager last week. He offered an unreserved apology which I also accepted. As I told him, the Worcester Spur was one of our most frequented eateries in the past and we want to keep it that way. Nevertheless, my faith in good old fashion service is restored and I want to encourage others to speaks up whenever they are not totally satisfied.
