My first time at Via's recently and I am impressed! Although pricey, which is to br expected, the food all had amazing flavor profiles. I absolutely loved the ricotta ball with crustinis, the blend of cheese with the honey topping was the perfect bite. The chicken orzo soup was quite possibly the best soup I have ever had in my life! Have been here several times and have found the food to be mid at best. Pair that with the prices and it just isn't that good. The service tonight was horrible. We were a table of two. Ordered two appetizers, and two of the more pricey entree. Did not order drinks, prefer water. However, that doesn't mean we do not want it refilled. My husband and I frequent Via for our favorite meals, the bolognese and the short rib over gnocchi. We were there last night to find out the chef has changed the short rib dish. It is now a shredded short rib over tortellini with a Marsala sauce. Very disappointing…. Please bring back the original recipe!
4.5! This place was a really good vibe and the food was delicious. If I'm back in Worcester, I'll definitely be back.
The food and atmosphere is excellent, but I’m only giving it 3 stars because of their poor quality bread. you’d expect an Italian restaurant to have good bread, most do, but not here. It’s usually COLD and has a soft crust and overall just not good, neither is the olive oil for dipping. Come on Via, good bread would up your game!
Wonderful Service. Made my Mommy and me lunch with my 36 year old Baby Boy all the more special. Thank You.
Only rated down one star because the portion of the calamari and the portion of the cannoli were exceedingly small HOWEVER the meal was phenomenal. The lobster stuffed shells and the salad were great. Server was great and the atmosphere was cozy. I’d go there again for sure, just pass on the app and dessert.
